The inn is ideally located for those wishing to explore the historic Cathedral cities of Winchester – burial place of Isaac Walton - and Salisbury, whilst the stately home of Wilton is but a short drive and the nearby picturesque town of Stockbridge is a haven of quirky independent shops.

Within a short drive is the breathtaking New Forest, a haven for walkers, cyclist and horse riders where you are quite likely to see the famous New Forest wild ponies roaming.
