LOCATION
THE PEAT SPADE is situated in the centre of the quaint Hampshire village of Longstock
in the heart of the Test Valley.
It is less than a mile from the historic fly fishing capital of Stockbridge and within easy reach of the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury.
DIRECTIONS
From London –- Proceed south on the M3 until you come to Junction 8 signposted A303 West
Country. Leave the M3 at this exit and proceed west on A303 for approximately 10 miles
passing exit for A34.
Proceed on A303 for a further 5 miles when you will come to a signpost for Stockbridge and Andover (A3057). Take this exit and take the A3057 towards Stockbridge.
Local Directions – Drive through the village of Leckford and after a few miles you will see a right turn signposted Longstock – take this turn and continue over the small bridge and after approximately one mile you will find us at the top of the lane on the corner by the T-junction in the centre of the village.
From the East – Take the M25 south through the Dartford Tunnel towards Heathrow Airport. Continue until Junction 13 signposted M3 Sunbury/Southampton. Take this exit and proceed south on the M3 towards Southampton. Leave M3 at Junction 8 and proceed west on A303 towards Andover. Leave the A303 at exit signposted Andover/Stockbridge and then follow local directions.
From the West – Proceed east on M4 towards London leaving at Junction 13 signposted Oxford/Newbury. Proceed south on A34 towards Newbury for approximately 20 miles until you come to the exit for A303 signposted Basingstoke/Andover. Take this exit and proceed west on the A303 for approximately 5 miles until you come to the A3057 for Andover/Stockbridge. Take this exit and proceed south on the A3057 towards Stockbridge then follow the local directions above.
From the South – Proceed towards London heading north on the M3. Leave at Junction 9 and head north towards Oxford/Newbury on the A34 signposted Andover/Basingstoke. Head west on the A303 towards Andover and after approximately 5 miles take the exit signposted Stockbridge/Andover A3057 and then follow local directions above.
