Commis chef / chef de partie
To join a young and enthusiastic team of chefs producing high quality seasonal English food for the busy restaurant.
Applicant must have a good attitude and be able to work in a team, must be focused and willing to learn.

Sous Chef and chefs of all levels
The Peat Spade Inn is looking for chefs at all levels, experience will be needed from a similar background, full training will be given. This is a great opportunity to work with this expanding group.

Nightporter
Looking for a reliable and trustworthy person, who will be able to look after the Inn throughout the night, when we have overnight guests.
Applicant will need to work from 11pm to 7.00am.
Salary to be negotiated

Waiters
A waiter is required to work on a full time basis. Bar experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
Applicant must be friendly, with a positive outlook and be able to work in a team.

Housekeeper
Housekeeper required full-time on a shift basis. Duties will include general cleaning to bar, restaurant and bedrooms. Salary negotiable, experience preferred, must be willing to undergo some training.

Front of House Shift Supervisor
This is an outstanding opportunity to join this group. You will gain valuable training and further career development with this dedicated team. Salary is negotiable for a person with a proven track record and good references.
