At The Peat Spade the first thing we make sure we get right when preparing our food is the ingredients.
Our chefs have a passion for food and a genuine desire to work with local and regional family-firm suppliers to source the very best and freshest produce.
We liaise with the producers regularly to make sure we can always take advantage of seasonal crops and the very best cuts of meat all year round.

Monday to Saturday: 12.00pm to 2.30pm and 6.30pm to 9.00pm
Sunday: 12.00pm to 3pm and 6.30pm to 8.30pm
